2. What data we process, why and on what legal basis

Providing data through the Contact form is optional, but without it we cannot reply. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
3. Recipients
Data are processed by authorised CVP Innovation staff and, on our behalf, by providers appointed as processors (Art. 28 GDPR):
- Aruba S.p.A., website hosting (Italy);
- IT and technical support providers, where applicable.
Data are not disclosed publicly and are not sold.
4. Transfers outside the EU
Our hosting is located in Italy and we do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area. Section 6 applies to Google services.
5. Cookies
The site uses a single, technical cookie: cookieyes-consent, which stores the choice you make in the cookie banner and lasts 1 year. It does not require consent. We do not use analytics, profiling or advertising cookies. The banner may show generic descriptions of other cookie categories (such as analytics and advertising): the site does not use them. If we later enable analytics or advertising tools, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.
6. Third-party content embedded in the site
To display typefaces and the map on the Contact page, the site may load resources from Google (Google Fonts, Google Maps). When the page loads, your browser may therefore send your IP address to Google. More information: policies.google.com/privacy.
7. Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to info@cvpinnovation.it: we reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it), or with the authority of your place of residence.
